Gaining certainty is desirable in Islam. Given to the importance of the issue of Imamate, and that the demonstrative arguments only make certitude, in this study we have tried to adapt the conditions of the demonstrative argument on the reason of the “maintaining and Quoting Sharia” that led to the necessity of determine the Imam and proving their innocence. It doesn’t mean to prove the concomitants and preparations of the reasoning; rather, it means to consist to it the logical conditions of the demonstration. Theologian thinkers have adhered to the rule of benevolence more than the rule of protecting and Quoting the Sharia. Given to the conventionality of the benevolence and its incumbency upon God, the rule of maintaining and Quoting the Sharia will become more important, for it has been expressed in the traditions and also can be consistent with the demonstration by using the rich heritage of the logic.

The fifth century in the history of compiling the principles of Sunni jurisprudence is the era of the formation of comprehensive works based on different schools of thought. One of the important features of this group of compilations is the citation of the fundamental Opinions of the scholars of the previous centuries such as Abu Ali Jobbayi, his son Abu Hashem, Abu Abdollah Basri, and Ghazi Abd al-Jabbar, whose books have not reached us, and therefore, there is no other way to know their Opinions except to study the fundamental books written in later centuries, especially the fifth century. This century is also considered a turning point in Twelver Shiism. It was the time when the principles of jurisprudence were compiled in an inclusive and comprehensive form, in which there are many citations of Sunni fundamentalists, which can, along with other Sunni sources, be considered as a source for knowing the sayings of Sunni elders, especially those whose writings became impossible to access in later centuries. In this article, by choosing the book "Al-Oddah fi Osul al-Feghh" by Sheikh Tusi, written in the fifth century, and by examining some of the topics of the book, which contain the Opinions of Sunni fundamentalists, we have tried to determine the position of the book and the Opinions expressed in it from the aforementioned perspective.

"Al-Tabyan Fi Tafsir Al-Quran", written by Sheikh Tusi, is the first comprehensive and ijtihad interpretation of the Quran in Shia. In this interpretation that a significant part of it consist narrations and interpretive sayings, Quoting the narrations of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) has a different method from the period before and after it. This issue becomes more important due to the position of Sheikh Tusi in Shiite hadith as the author of two books of four hadith books. Most of the narrations narrated in this commentary are not reflected in the traditional way of narrating narrations explicitly in narrations and the principle ruling Quoting narrations of Ahl-Albayt in "Al-Tabyan" refers to the narration in the issue of verses and avoiding direct Quoting narrations. The author has also used different methods such as referring to the subject of the narration, mentioning the key words of the narration, using words indicating Shiite narrations and unknown words. It can be said that the motivation and temporal and spatial conditions of the author (discourse space) of this commentary have played an effective role in the quantity and quality of the narrations of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) and the author has tried to write an approximate commentary.

Explaining the meaning of “Clear Arabic Language” (Arabic: لسان عربیّ مبین) in the Holy Quran according to the Opinions of the commentators (the scholars who interpret the Holy Book of Quran) and the semantic functions of the words is the main issue of this research. Differences of opinion of commentators (Arabic: مفسّر; plural: Arabic: مفسّرون, Romanized: mufassirūn) and citing their views for different reasons necessitated this research. The present article has been studied and evaluated the Opinions of the commentators in interpreting the verse and considers their views about “Clear Arabic Language” (Arabic: لسان عربیّ مبین) in four parts. These include: Taḥaddī (Arabic: تحدّی, The Quranic Challenge), the language of the audience and the place of revelation, the honor and capacities of the Arabic language, the eloquence and explicitness of the specific language of the Qur'an. The results of the research show that the “Clear Arabic Language” beyond the Opinions of the commentators is a common understanding that has revealed the superhuman language of revelation through human conversational style and considered the universal characteristics, transhumanism, transhistorical of the Holy Book of Quran while considering the conditions and understanding of the audience. Paying attention to the Quranic meaning of related words and narrations as well as Saussure’s linguistic point of view can confirm the recent meaning.

Curriculum as the backbone of the educational system is one of the important factors in creating fundamental changes in the higher education system; The purpose of this research is to explain the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education model from the Islamic point of view and  the Leader, so that it can be used to examine the curriculum of architecture education in terms of the realization of entrepreneurship components in students. The method of the current research is a mixed exploratory one, which in the qualitative part, by examining the views of the Leader in his articles, books and speeches, descriptive propositions of his thought regarding the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education were extracted with the implication research method. In the quantitative part, the data was analyzed using structural equation method and using SPSS20 and smart PLS software. The findings showed that the model of entrepreneurship from the Leader'spoint of view can be divided into four main pillars: vision, knowledge, skill and business. And each of these main pillars overlaps with the model of effectiveness of entrepreneurship education in architecture curriculum. In this way, architecture higher education centers can, in addition to creating entrepreneurship curricula in the field of architecture, by identifying the potentials in the curricula of this field, strengthen the strengths and eliminate the weaknesses in them. This model, while providing the conditions for the realization of entrepreneurship education in academic fields, provides the context for the implementation of a local model in the light of Islamic orders.

Some of the reports in the books of the biography of the Prophet (PBUH) regarding the Quranic verses have been completed and developed. In such a way that the narrators, while reporting the Prophetic biography, have tried to report it in accordance with the Qur’, an and to compile their explanations below the Qur’, anic information and to complete and develop it. Hence, the sources of history and manners include cases of Quoting Quranic verses in historical events. Some of these cases indicate that the Messenger of God (PBUH) referred to Quranic verses in historical events. The present article, by examining and analyzing the cases of citing the Holy Prophet (PBUH) to Quranic verses and tracing the roots of the reports, while providing a model for the development of related texts, has reached the conclusion that the reports focused on Quoting the Holy Prophet (PBUH) The verses have been completed and developed over time. The purpose of attaching the verses to the historical reports was to explain, strengthen and confirm the original news.

Today, dignity-based legal equality has found an irreplaceable role in modern human rights. Therefore, on the one hand, in the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, several principles, including the ninth paragraph of the third principle and the nineteenth and twentieth principles, deal with the principle of equality, and on the other hand, the Guardian Council as an institution to protect the constitution. According to the Sharia and the constitution, you must consider these principles and cite them. In this research, with a descriptive-analytical approach, an attempt is made to examine the status of equality from the perspective of human dignity in the views of the Guardian Council to determine to what extent the Guardian Council in its Opinions and views has invoked this basic principle and authorized rights. In the second chapter, the constitution is guaranteed; Because human dignity is the foundation of legal equality and human beings have the status of equality and therefore are equal in rights. A study of the views of the Guardian Council from the beginning of the revolution until now shows that this council has invoked the principle of equality and non-discrimination in its views on several occasions; But the point to consider is that the council's view of the principle of equality is sometimes merely formal, and in essence equality and positive discrimination have been overlooked in some cases.

Does religious democracy only belong to Shiite jurisprudential Opinions or it has followers in sunnis as well? What are sunnis’ scientific and jurisprudential stance in this regard?The current research tries to answer these questions - even in brief through the viewpoint of political jurisprudence. In this article, sunni scholars’ Opinions regarding the legality of the government such as domination, appointment by the preceding Caliph, inherited government and princedom, appointment by God and His prophet (PBUH) -which are all contrary to democracy- and finally the theory of consensus - which is in favor of democracy- have been discussed and analyzed. At the end, it has been proven that theory of consensus, both affirmatively and confirmatively, is flawed and unreliable.
